Our take on the popular "Salted Caramel". Handmade semi-dark soft chocolate truffles accentuated with smoky Melaka-sourced "Gula Melaka", a local palm sugar. Brought together with a tinge of salt. Made with a 55% Belgian chocolate base.
Taste profile: Strong body from semi-dark chocolate base providing an excellent foundation to the subtle hints of the smoky Gula Melaka.
Dietary concerns: Vegetarian. May contain traces of gluten and nuts. Liquor-free.
Packing and storage requirements:
- Must be kept refrigerated at all times
- Do not freeze unless absolutely necessary.
- Refer to the bottom of the box for best before. Best to consume as soon as possible after purchasing as we do not use any preservatives.
- Do not leave at room temperature for more than 15 minutes.
- No artificial preservatives used.
