Taste profile: Everything you like in a rendang without the meat! Coconuty, savoury and sweet with a good dose of cocoa body.
Ingredients (our longest list ever): cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cane sugar, dairy cream, desiccated coconut, coconut milk, in-house fresh rendang paste (chillies, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, fennel seeds, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, gula melaka, turmeric, tamarind juice and salt) and soy lecithin (as emulsifier).
Dietary concerns: Vegetarian. May contain traces of gluten and nuts. Liquor-free.
Packing and storage requirements:
- Must be kept refrigerated at all times. Do not put in freezer for best texture.
- Do not freeze unless absolutely necessary.
- Refer to bottom of box for best before but best to consume as soon as possible after purchasing as we do not use any preservatives.
- Do not leave at room temperature for more than 15 minutes.
